Real Calabrian chili infused oil
TuttoCalabria is an Italian family chili company making peperoncino specialties since 1970 (tuttocalabria.com). Whole Calabrian chili peppers are steeped in the oil over time, so their aroma, flavor and heat pass into it. The peppers are then removed, leaving a clean chili oil with no added colorings, artificial flavorings, additives or preservatives.
Ingredients
Chili pepper, olive oil, sunflower oil.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, follow the storage directions on the label.
