05Orders & acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. It does not create a binding contract until we accept it. We accept your order when we charge your payment method and dispatch the products; an order confirmation or acknowledgment email is not, by itself, acceptance.

06Pricing & typographical errors

Despite our efforts, products may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical, technical, or pricing errors. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If we cancel such an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.
