Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Certain products on WholesaleItalianFood.com may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and charges apply to those purchase types.
All terms below operate in conjunction with our Refund & Return Policy.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you are authorizing recurring shipments based on the delivery frequency and duration you select at checkout.
Billing & Authorization
- Your payment method will be securely stored and charged prior to each shipment, unless prepaid in advance.
- Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected term unless canceled in advance.
Changes & Cancellations
- Subscriptions may be modified or canceled only before the next order enters fulfillment.
- Once a subscription order has been processed, picked, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Missed cancellation windows do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Customers are responsible for managing subscriptions via the links provided in order confirmation emails or their customer account.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders apply to products that are out of stock, in production, or pending arrival.
Payment Terms
- We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout.
- Remaining balances will be charged automatically once the product is ready to ship.
- By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to store your payment method and complete the charge at fulfillment.
Cancellations
- Pre-orders may be canceled only if they have not entered fulfillment or been allocated to inventory.
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, allocated, or shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
- Any refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy.
Try Before You Buy
WholesaleItalianFood.com does not offer try-before-you-buy programs on food, consumable, or wholesale products due to safety, shelf-life, and regulatory concerns.
If a try-before-you-buy option is offered on a non-consumable item:
- Your payment method will be authorized prior to shipment.
- You must return the item within the specified evaluation period.
- Items not returned within the allowed timeframe will be automatically charged in full.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and approved upon inspection.
Final Notes
- All cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins.
- Orders that have entered picking, palletizing, freight booking, or carrier handoff are final and non-cancelable.
- Shipping, freight, handling, and fulfillment costs are never refundable once incurred.
