About Gusto Etna
Pistachio cream, ready to pipe
Gusto Etna is a Sicilian brand of pistachio creams, nuts and sweets, made in Italy. This sweet pistachio cream (20% pistachio) comes in a pre-filled piping bag: cut the tip and pipe, with no spoons, bowls or extra bags to wash.
Bakeries use it to fill croissants, bomboloni and cakes. It is a favorite for Dubai strawberry cups, Dubai brownies and Dubai chocolate bars, and cafés and yogurt shops pipe it over Greek yogurt and into pistachio iced lattes. The bag squeezes out to the last drop.
Ingredients
White crème (sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, palm fat, palm kernel fat), dry skim milk, whey powder (milk), sunflower lecithin, artificial flavor), pistachios 20%. Contains milk and pistachios. May contain almonds and hazelnuts.
