Candied chopped pistachios, ready to sprinkle
Gusto Etna is a Sicilian brand of pistachio creams, nuts and sweets. These chopped pistachios are pralinated: lightly coated with sugar and a pinch of salt, so they are sweet, crunchy and stay crisp on gelato and chilled desserts.
Sprinkle them on gelato and sundaes, Greek yogurt and frozen yogurt, cakes, tarts, croissants and plated desserts, or use them in chocolates and confectionery. The 120 g (4.2 oz) jar is great for home kitchens, café counters and retail shelves.
