400 gr Pork Fillet

1. Season the fillet with a drizzle of oil and a tablespoon of Tutto Calbria Hot Honey, salt and massage with the aromatic herbs, place in a cooking bag and bake in the oven at 65 degrees for 2 hours.
2. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips and cook with oil and salt in a pan, at the end of cooking add sugar and vinegar, blend and finish tightening the sauce.
3. After 2 hours, remove the fillet from the bag. Lacquer the fillet with spicy honey and pass them in a pan with a knob of butter.4. Slice it, pass a few pieces in the poppy seeds and serve with the sweet and sour peppers.
