Mazzoni is an Italian fruit company that makes fruit purées and juices for bars, cafés, bakeries and home kitchens. This blueberry purée has real blueberry flavor and a deep purple color. It is just fruit: no added sugar, no colors, no preservatives and no artificial flavors.
Swirl it over cheesecake and panna cotta, blend it into smoothies and açaí bowls, freeze it into popsicles, or use it for sauces, glazes and cocktails. The 1 kg pouch is easy to dose and store.
