The 1 kg (2.2 lb) bag is sized for production: cakes, macarons, sponge and pastry doughs, frostings and pastry creams, and as a finishing dust on Greek yogurt, açaí bowls and baklava.
Ingredients
Pistachios. Contains tree nuts (pistachios).

Why do professionals choose it?
Because it is 100% pistachio, ground fine, so it sprinkles and mixes evenly and adds real pistachio flavor and a natural green color. What are the ingredients and allergens?
Its only ingredient is pistachio, a tree nut.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, close the bag tightly or move the flour to an airtight container.
