Sicilian pistachio cream, ready to spread

Gusto Etna is a Sicilian brand of pistachio creams, nuts and sweets. This cream has 35% pistachio, a smooth texture and a sweet, nutty taste. Use it straight from the jar on toast and cornetti, as a cake or pastry filling, or stirred into coffee drinks.

The 190 g (6.7 oz) jar works for home kitchens, café counters and specialty food shelves.

Ingredients

Pistachios 35% (of which 7% Sicilian pistachio), sugar, vegetable fats (sunflower, palm), dry skim milk, whey powder, lactose, sunflower lecithin. Contains milk, pistachios. May contain tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts). Pistachio origin: EU and non-EU.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Stir before use if oil rises to the top.
